Keepsake ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Hello Keepsake LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Keepsake app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you use Keepsake, we may collect:

• Account information. If you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
• Content you create. This includes 3D scans of physical objects, photos, notes, voice memos, and other memory content you add to your vaults.
• Usage information. Basic technical data such as app version, device type, and general usage patterns, used to keep the app working properly and to improve it.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide core app functionality, including saving and syncing your scans and vaults across your devices.
• To operate your subscription and process payments through Apple's App Store.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the app.
• To communicate with you about your account when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information or the content of your scans to third parties.

How Your Data Is Stored

Your scans and account data are stored using secure, encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information both in transit and at rest.

Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal content with third parties except:

• With service providers who help us operate the app (such as cloud storage and payment processing), under contractual obligations to protect your data.
• If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Hello Keepsake LLC, our users, or others.

Your Choices

• You can delete individual scans or your entire account at any time from within the app.
• You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

Keepsake is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
